PREPARATION
Marinate the CEVICHE YOSHI SAN cubes in lemon juice with salt and hot sauce, for 2 hours.
Wash the onion with boiling water and add lemon and salt. Stir the fish cubes and dismiss the juice and hot sauce.
Frozen fish cubes – Ceviche. Mix ½ cup of lemon juice, ½ cup of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and pepper at taste.
Serve on portion of the CEVICHE in a casserole and add 2 tablespoon of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of the onions, some cilantro and oil at taste.
Serve with sweet potatoes, toasted corn or popcorn.
